SCOTTISH KILTS

Kilts Feature; Available in Black Watch, Mackenzie and Gordon tartans, Royal Stewart Tartan and Solid Black. Deep pleats, set to the stripe (each pleat shows same part of tartan. Bottom edge is traditional selvedge, not hemmed. Kilts fasten with THREE wide straps & buckles. Belt loops that actually fit a wide kilt belt. Full fringe on front apron edge.

Important; To help illustrate the difference between pleating to the stripe or to the sett, I've taken pictures of lots of different varieties to show you what can be done with the pleating. In most instances, pleating to the sett is the most common, but pleating to the stripe is the way the military does it.
