Chest Measurement:
Measure around your chest, at armpit level, and find a vest with a chest size larger than this measurement. Chart measurements are actual finished measurements. Allow enough room to fit over shirts and other items to be warn under the vest. If you prefer to wear your vest closed fitted with the front open, you may.

Waist Measurements:
Allow enough room to fit over pants, belt and fallen chests, (tummies). If your Tummy is larger than your waist, use the Tummy size as the measurement. Select a vest with a comfortable waist or Tummy size.

Back Length Measurement:
Measure form the base of your shirt collar vertically down to the base of your base, or longer if desired. Select a vest with the nearest length to that desired.
